High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions are for 1 – 4 people, they involve short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Not only do you burn manycalories during a HIIT workout but you will continue to burn fat and calories for up to 24 hours after. Anyone can benefit from a HIIT session, regardless of fitness level.
This is perfect for Increasing stamina, speed and strength, you’ll also increase muscle tone and definition. The sessions are planned and set up ready for you as soon as you are warmed up! so if you need or want to be pushed – this is for you!
