Tom is equipped with a widespread knowledge of human anatomy and is highly proficient in the treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal injuries throughout the body.

Tom joins PureBody Health Sports Injury Clinic from Bournemouth University where he gained a BSc degree and Active-IQ qualifications in Sports Massage Therapy. Other attributes include Therapeutic Elastic Taping, First-Aid and various Coaching skills.

Tom spent a year in Marbella, Spain at a Physiotherapy clinic, where he experienced extensive practice in Sports Massage Therapy and Injury Rehabilitation. Tom has a sporting background in rugby and enjoys maintaining his own physique and biomechanical function in the gym.

Tom says “My passion and goal in life is to aid and assist the prevention and recovery for any individual who may have experienced or is at risk of experiencing a dysfunction or injury. I wish to have a direct impact on the physical and mental wellbeing of my clients. I am fully aware that everyone is different and I thrive off of meeting these personal needs. Sadie Hoad BSc (Hons)
Sports Injury Clinic Senior Therapist Sports Rehabilitation Therapist

Sadie graduated from the University of Bedfordshire in 2011 with a BSc Honour’s Degree in Sports Therapy. Following this Sadie then pursued a career as a Personal Trainer gaining her Exercise to Music and Studio Cycling Qualifications. Alongside devising rehabilitation programmes for Health Club members and beasting fitness fanatics on the spin bikes, Sadie also worked in a busy Sports Injuries Clinic and for a number of Professional and Semi-Professional Football Clubs, including Luton Town F.C and Braintree Town F.C. As you can probably imagine Sadie has experience of preventing, diagnosing, treating and rehabilitating injuries of clients from all different kinds of backgrounds, ages and genders.

In 2016 Sadie moved back to Essex where she gained her qualification in Pre & Post Natal Exercise, which is one of her specialist subjects, continuing work in a health club as well as with private injury and personal training clients. Sadie is very proud to be a part of the team at PureBody Health Sports Injury Clinic and thrives off dealing with the most complicated of injuries.

      My working life has encompassed a variety of roles, from Book Keeping and office admin to PA and Secretarial, my professional skill set has proven pertinent and transferable to many industries. I  have recently joined PureBody Health as the Clinic Secretary, an amazing position alongside an unbelievably positive team.....but hey this is boring, let’s talk about the good stuff!! Recently, my husband and I decided to take a six-month career break to fulfil a life time dream of travelling some of the world at our leisure. Here are some of my highlights...
      • Cleaning and feeding baby turtles in the ‘Turtle Conservation’ in Fiji.
      • Swimming with dolphins in Mexico.

      Final Thoughts: As I get older my main goal in life is to try to be happy and to embrace every day that passes. I enjoy the sun shining, blue skies, a glass of chilled Prosecco and a good book.
