This is first contact and the most important with your Sports Injury Clinic expert. After a thorough orthopaedic examination and assessment you will be taken through a comprehensive and extensive process of movements, special tests and verbal questions to help create an Injury Diagnosis. The consultation may involve some therapy or treatment but will be at the discretion of your therapist based on the time available.
Based on your Therapist’s findings your treatment plan can now begin. Treatment varies depending on the condition or injury and will be discussed with you in your Initial Consultation. Treatment available includes electrotherapy ultrasound and interferential therapy, myofascial release therapy, trigger point therapy, mobilisation and manipulation therapy.
Working closely with your GP, physicians and other medical support we provide a carefully calculated and evidence based programme that is completely bespoke.
