Strength & Conditioning

The role of strength & conditioning is to use bespoke analysis, exercise prescription and training programmes to prevent injury through identifying areas of weakness and susceptibility to injury. Strength and conditioning is also aimed at improving function and enhancing athletic performance. Unlike many other training programmes, this service is specific to your sport and your personalised goals.

Strength and Conditioning encompasses all fitness parameters required to be successful in your sport or activity. From flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and joint stability to maximal strength, agility and explosive power.
So whether you are running your first 5k or competing at an elite level within sport- you can benefit from strength and conditioning to prevent injuries and improve your fitness and performance.

1-2-1 Strength & Conditioning

Individual strength & conditions sessions can be purchased based on a 1 hour 1-2-1 training session with your coach. This includes a telephone or face to face consultation to discuss training goals and planning.

 

Prices may vary, subject to level of clinician.

Individual sessions can be purchased in blocks of 6 for 5, 12 for 10 and 25 for 20.

 

Strength & Conditioning Programmes

Our Strength & Conditioning programmes are designed to give your training more structure and more purpose.

By discussing training goals and planning we can create a programme designed specifically for your training needs.

All programmes will cover key compound movements such as Back Squat, Front Squat, Deadlift, Overhead Press, Chest Press. Combined with fast and functional conditioning.

Your programme will be phased specifically depending on the length and the frequency of training.

This programme is ideal if you have a specific training goal in mind and are looking to improve strength, speed, power and performance.
